I think that everyone is cautiously optimistic about how Steven will behave in the future once the rehab is complete.
I think it depends on whether he has actually identified the negative influences that have saturated his personality and behavior in the past few years. In my opinion, all came from the company he had been keeping. If he will put that stuff in the past, or march forward with it, just as it has been before rehab, yet with an undeniable sobriety behind it. That would certainly be the worst case scenario.

As far as what Billie said, well, everyone knows that when people are arguing, that, saying something mean, or something that one doesn’t really mean, out of spite an anger..it happens. It was Steven that chose the Media to be the only means of communication. That is what he wanted,
and when Steven wants something, he gets it.
Although, I think that this time it backfired on him.

Anyway.. I am really hoping that he puts all that Negative bullshit in the past where it belongs, and The Super Cool Steven Tyler Tallarico returns 101%

I hope this tour is a success, but lets face it, it is a crapshoot at best, a possible train wreck waiting to happen. Undoubtably Steven will remain on painkillers until he has his surgeries, lets just hope it monitored closely by his doctors so he is using them to relieve pain, not to get high off of them, there is a difference. A full Aerosmith revival will be great news for the music business, I personally cant wait to hear some NEW MATERIAL from this band, a tour is ok but I think Aerosmiths fans really want a new cd, not another "Hit Parade" tour.
